What is dearantler?

dearantler is the virtual gallery of Edith and Jolly de Guzman, where they exhibit artwork on a frequently rotating basis. dearantler is also the blogging home of Jedediah Cornelius Antler, the swankiest eight-point buck you'll ever meet. Jed's column offers musings on art, travel, hiking and life in the mountains above Los Angeles.

How often will exhibitions be posted?

Exhibition will be up until a new one comes along. You can still take a peak of past shows in the Archive page. on a monthly basis,

Are there titles and descriptions for each work?

Yes. In the gallery, click the image to enlarge and then hover over the image to bring up the "wall label." If viewing on a smartphone or tablet, tap or click the small dot on the bottom right of the image. 

What is Society6?

Society6 is an e-commerce site where that supports artists by taking care of production, packaging and shipping so that artists can "focus on making more art." At Society6, you can shop for high-quality giclée prints, American-made t-shirts for adults and kids, stationery cards, pillows, tote bags and cases and skins for smartphones, tablets and laptops.

Our work is licensed on Society6, meaning we authorize use of our images and receive a portion of the profit. If you purchase anything from our shop please let us know so we can properly thank you, as Society6 does not disclose customer names and we thus have no way to find out who made a purchase.

What is a giclée print?

Pronounced zhee-klay , it is a fancy, French word for an archival, high-quality print.

What is Etsy?

Etsy is an e-commerce site that specializes in handmade. vintage and original items. At our shop you'll find original artwork for your home, collection and for gifts. Items in our shop may or may not be directly related to the current show. When you purchase from our Etsy shop, we'll pack and ship your order ourselves. If you live in the Los Angeles area, we may be able to make arrangements for personal delivery to your front door.

Can we order directly from you?
